It seems that country...uh..., that's across the USA border , all 3,000 miles of it, once the USA mostest BF has now been relegated to a nonentity politically.
I'm going to sulk!
‘The United States has no closer or more reliable ally than Australia’, the US president Joe Biden said during a press event with Australian prime minister Scott Morrison. The two leaders met on the sidelines of the United Nations general assembly in New York a week after it was announced Washington would provide Canberra with advanced technology for nuclear-powered submarines as part of trilateral deal with the UK. The deal has infuriated Paris, with Morrison accused of going behind the backs of the French to cancel a contract with Paris to supply 12 submarines. Morrison and Biden were clear to emphasis the importance of ‘friends in … Europe or elsewhere’
Blinken says Germany is.
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken called Germany the best friend of the United States in the world. "The United States has no better partner, no better friend in the world, than Germany," Blinken said at a meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

"the USA (former) ,mostest BF has now been relegated to a nonentity politically. Shoulda inserted former. Trump now Biden seems to dislike Trudeau. Oh well, joining 'our' crowd I guess.

Canada is joined at the hip both geographically and economically. We are like a best friend who didn't get a formal invitation to a wedding because they were thought of as part of the family. We were left out of the 9-11 thanks by President Bush, even though American planes were allowed to land in Canada. Every once in a while we have to speak up and say. "Hey, what about me?" It's called taken for granted. Trump hates Trudeau.

Trump isn't in on this, it's Biden who doesn't seem to like Trudeau either.

We have u.s. presidents who are friends of Canada and then those who are not. Unfriendly. Obama, Trump, Biden.
The worst openly? Trump by a long shot.

He certainly openly showed a dislike for Trudeau..(why not ) and messed with trade. On the other hand he backed our/their pipeline which Biden cancelled. In my opinion there hasn't been a favourable POTUS since Reagan.

He reversed Obamas executive order on the XL pipeline but did nothing to promote it in the four years he was there. And Biden reversed his executive order. This is what presidents do. They reverse the previous presidents executive orders. It's like a tradition and it's weird. Trump also initiated punitive tariffs on Canada in spite of our trade agreement. Claiming a threat to security on aluminum. He will say anything no matter how ridiculous and dishonest it is.
George Will calls Trump ‘sad, embarrassing wreck of a man’

Why not? He's absolutely shameless. This is the latest. Trudeau should take the boxing gloves to him with horseshoes inside. 2 hours ago — Trump claimed that Margaret Trudeau, the mother of the Canadian Prime Minister, had sex with “all the Rolling Stones”. He needs to just STFU.

She said none. Not that it matters. A pig shouldn't be calling someone else a pig.

It is, or certainly should be accepted by Canucks that Trudeau is our problem. Canada has lost stature in the world over Trudeau's 'reign'. Like his dad, he has behaved irresponsibly at times.I recall Pierre all to well.Trudeau once danced pirouettes behind the back of Queen Elizabeth. He wore sandals in Parliament, and called journalists "trained seals." He dated singers and actresses like Barbra Streisand and Margot Kidder before marrying Margaret Sinclair in 1971, a woman then half his age. The chummy relationship Canada enjoyed with the United States wasn't always so cozy during the Cold War and Trudeau's reign. President Richard Nixon insulted him on the now famous private tape-recorded meetings. During a summit, President Ronald Reagan blew up at Trudeau over his Russian relations.Pierre changed Canada and was recognized as having put Canada on the map. No more 'Camelot'. With his son at the reigns Canada has become a follower, and rather insignificant. The Trudeau era voice is hardly 'the voice of the turtle' *(Song of Solomon 2:11-12), but more the whimper of of Canada as what used to be. www.theglobeandmail.com/news/world/while-canada-slept/article750378/ We buy decrepit used military goods, and to paraphrase Andrew Cohen, who wrote his belief that Canada has sleepwalked its way to global irrelevance, squandering a proud tradition and turning us into a nation of hypocrites. Most Canadians probably agree with him. The question is whether they care." "Maybe it started with John Diefenbaker. Certainly, Pierre Trudeau was a major culprit, and Brian Mulroney probably did more harm than good. Under Jean Chrétien, we reached a nadir: Diplomats picket the Foreign Affairs Department, we give less in foreign aid than almost any other developed nation, and our military is either a disgrace or a joke, depending on your mood. Then to our dismay there came another Trudeau and the world's shrug of indifference. Why would the USA give much respect to Canada's place in the world?
