I've about had it with those treading on my/our rights with their mob mentality, church burning, statue destruction and the squatters in public parks that are denying the rights of the neighbouring citizens to enjoy an outing.
Recently Toronto has been ripping up the tents and for good reason.
These ghettos of losers are often drug addicts and criminals that rob the communities around them. Their pig style living draws rats. They defect and urinate publicly and leave their needles where they use them.
This filth has to be dealt with so kids can play at the idle swings-monkey bars and such now denied them.
A park is for leisure activity,a break from tenaments and crowds, for picnics and family outings. TAKE THEM BACK!!

I too am very tired of hearing about the trending of my rights.
Cancel culture being one of them. The right to see all in the news not just a narrative to make people think all is ok.
I'm lucky to not live around the massive homeless or drugs. Here in Detroit they have pretty much controlled stuff like that. Hearing about the massive drugs and homeless on the streets though is heartless. Some of those cities were once beautiful, not any more. I believe the leftists governor's, mayors, people in the civil ranks, even judges are crazy in allowing catch and release of criminals on the streets, allowing the defunding of the police(a dangerous thing), Canceling peoples right to free speech( I should not be afraid to say what I think on line or otherwise), etc. The homeless, well it's been going on for some time and politicians do nothing about it. It's almost as if they like the anarchy in the streets.

A friend of my daughters has three children her husband is a driver driving tankers is away a lot,she saw a suspicious car across the road from her house in a reasonably good area, she reported it to the police they checked the car out there was three men in the car on parole had loaded guns unloaded guns, money and drugs they were arrested and taken into custody shook her up a bit,my son inlaw is a tradesman he had his work truck broken into twice and a number of expensive work tools taken, they even smashed his side window and took some off the front seat he had the toolboxes bolted to the back of the truck and they were alarmed, they bypassed the alarms tossed the ordinary tools and took the expensive ones.

I remember a time when you could leave your door unlocked, the car unlocked, things on the lawn and there were no street people. People had ethics, work ethics, a moral code and respect for others property. There was some bulling, but not by groups. A bully was maybe inclined to push you, but no harm was done and threats like now on the computer were ,if ever, a note left with minor expletives.

We installed a camera outside so we can see the vehicles in the driveway, there is a second camera which will be installed at the front door. Our area is pretty good but there has been an uptick in car breakins.
Redrobyn: that's awful, it would freak me out.

Since our city got rid of the free and safe injection site, allowing druggies and their dealers a safe and clean area to shoot up and buy illegal drugs, the street crime seems to have dropped of quite a bit. At one time our city was known as the "go to" place if you're addicted and need drugs, free food, free lodging, and the streets were ripe with things to steal to support the habits.

Lost about 100$ stored in car, and a good knife. I had security lights installed. We double check windows up and doors locked on car/house. I locked my car up in a parking lot for a business dinner meeting once. Window busted and car ransacked.
As for 'the homeless', many just will not take beds in an offered multi shared location. They prefer the open parks/streets where they can drink/take drugs and steal for more.

In South Carolina where we had a winter home thievery was soooo bad that people were leaving their garbage neatly bagged in the pick-up truck (what else), betting that it would be stolen. Saved a trip to the waste station. No pick up there.
