Well, now I'm annoyed, it's started happening again, no internet so I'm beginning to think it's the cable company. Going to look at what Bell has to offer then maybe try to negotiate something although I hate to have to change everything.

You might have seen this before, but doing a reboot usually does wonders. thedroidguy.com/fix-galaxy-tab-a-wifi-issues-wifi-wont-connect-or-keeps-disconnecting-1109378I would also unplug your router, let it sit for minute , then plug it back in. If you have an old Wifi router , you can plug it into your main router and see if the tablet works on the second wifi signal. Also, see if it works at a friends, relatives, or free wifi source (library, car dealerships, etc )

I've done that, thank you. I'm beginning to think it is Cogeco throttling or something, it just cuts out all of a sudden. Will have to call I guess.

You can get health insurance for traveling and it's not that expensive. The problem is that previous conditions are not covered. I asked how do you define previous conditions. The pills you take and past history.

Campy, it is very expensive when you get older, we bought it for years when going south. The last time we bought it for 3 months cost us about $3,500.00 If we were to go this year for 3 months at our age it is almost double that.

Are you still having problems with that tablet?
I was having problems with my Samsung tablet dropping the wireless internet from time to time. Tried everything. I was going to try a full factory reset.
But then decided against it. What if it stopped while doing the recovery.
What I found out is that it's the Samsung browser built in. I don't know what it is.
However I made Firefox the default browser and the problem has disappeared.
This is after countless calls to my provider and they even gave me a new router. I'm embarrased to call them.

I am still having issues, it's continual but it's not the tablet, it's the internet and or the router. It flips in and out all the time, if I'm watching Netflix it starts to buffer. I don't use the Samsung browser I use Chrome or Firefox.
I haven't gotten around to calling them because I don't have any other options. I called Bell but believe it or not, they aren't taking any new customers from my area as the tower is full. I didn't know that was a thing. The bigger problem is the phone because if the internet goes the phone goes too but Bell wants $85.00 just for the phone line. so... life goes on.

I had connection problems with my Samsung Tablet A.
It kept dropping the connection to the internet.
Hard to believe, but it must be the built in browser on the Samsung Tablet. I don't know what it is.
I downloaded the Firefox browser and made it the default browser and the problem has disappeared.

It's not the tablet, it happens on everything. Couldn't get Netflix the other night for the same reason. I haven't called them yet because it's a long wait on hold and there are no other options in my area. At least not that I would want, there are a couple of local outfits but the reviews aren't good.
