To what end? I have opinions, do you?
This guy makes my skin crawl.
Steve Bannon has been charged with contempt of Congress for defying a subpoena from the legislative committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol siege.
"Bannon refused to cooperate with the House panel investigating the storming of the Capitol, arguing he was covered under an assertion of executive privilege by Trump.
But legal experts said that claim lacked merit because Bannon is a private citizen who had not worked inside the White House for years — and because the current president, Joe Biden, had waived privilege on several matters before the House committee.
Bannon not only declined to share documents, but he also refused to show up for testimony with the committee. The House voted to approve a criminal contempt referral for him last month."

Yeah, be interesting to see what happens. It comes to mind re the Associates of Trump. To wit, “Do not give dogs what is holy, and do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you.
The 'dogs' of POTUS were many. Giuliani, Bannon and
many of Trump's cronies have been charged or investigated.
"At least 11 people who played a role in Trump's presidential campaigns or his administration have been charged with crimes, with Tom Barrack, who chaired Trump's inaugural committee and has been a longtime friend, accused of illegal foreign lobbying on behalf of the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday."
Trump threw pearls to insider associates and friends who lay with slavering dogs and lead to the trampling of the White House on Jan. 6th Trump spurred riots.
Yup, Matthew 7:6 seems to fit the bill, or uh Donald regime.

Some people think they're above the law.Well some people are above the law. The president of the United States has special rules that don't apply to ordinary joes. That does not put him above every law he is still subject to law. The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors."
One can argue to what degree ,but there are consequences POTUS or not. Not only can it happen, it has happened. It was a minor charge, but the President of the United States was arrested for speeding. It seems Ulysses Grant had a bad habit of speeding, and had been warned about it by the DC Police. One time he was actually arrested for tear-assing down M Street. The police impounded his carriage and brought him down to the station. It apparently caused a constitutional stir among the officers, as they weren't sure if it was actually legal to arrest a sitting president if he hadn't been impeached. They decided to keep his carriage, charge him a fine, and make him walk back to the White House. wtop.com/news/2012/10/dc-police-once-arrested-a-us-president-for-speeding/
