Does anyone believe he'll spend a second in jail if convicted?

And, should this not disqualify him from office?

I doubt anything will come of it,  he won the most votes and is fairly popular in the riding.   I'm sure the long arm of the PM's office will smother it all.

We don't know how many pamphlets he removed, I doubt it was just one, if on a large scale it could be worthy of jail time.
